The apartment is located on the 5th floor of Florida building in the Parador/Burriana area a short walk from the beach and the center of Nerja and the view is breathtakingly beautiful.
The living area offers a dining area with semi-open kitchen and a sitting area with TV and an additional room that can be closed off with sliding doors to a private second bedroom (sofa bed).
Both the living room and the extra room both have access to the terrace through spacious patio doors. On the terrace there is a dining table with 4 chairs.
