The house is spread over 3 floors. You enter the villa on the top floor which leads to a spacious and open plan living and dining area with large windows that open onto the outside terrace. From the entrance on the left you will find the separate fully fitted kitchen. There is also a separate toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room.

A stairwell leads up to the bedroom level with three bedrooms - one with a king size bed and two with two single beds. These three bedrooms are all air-conditioned. On this floor, you will also find a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have patio doors leading down to the private pool area with BBQ and outdoor dining table. The private pool is 3.26 x 3.3 m (1.8 m deep).

Down another flight of stairs you will find another double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower. Please note that this bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it does have a fan.

In addition to the private pool, which is open all year round, the house also benefits from access to the large communal pool which is open between June and September.
